Starting this summer, the festival developed a series of projects adapted for young audiences at the Montreal Children's Hospital (McGill University Health Center): fun and educational new media awareness activities, in association with our FNC eXPlore section.

August 10th: virtual reality works and digital tablet applications were presented to young patients and their parents. Also, there was a projection of short films in association with P'tits Loups.

The FNC team met a dozen children, age 10 and over, all accompanied by a parent (their kind mommies!) in the room dedicated to activities on the 9th floor and six other young children directly in their room: strong moments, full of emotions.

Content presented:

Virtual Reality works for 13+:
- '' Sergent James '' by Alexandre Perez
- '' Watch Out! '' by Studios Apelab

Applications for tablets:
- '' I Can't Wait '' by Serge Bloch & Davide Cali,
- '' Watch Out! '' by Studios Apelab

This is a partnership with the educational services of the Montreal Children's Hospital.
