The great names in cinema
FRANCE | 110 minutes | 2018
Bruno Dumont is one of those great filmmakers who took to the series format effortlessly, taking advantage of the setup to exploit their singularity, mixing genres and developing dense universes. Four years after the first P’tit Quinquin, we once more find the teenager - now nicknamed Coincoin - and his gang, while the unlikely and hilarious duo from the local constabulary, who added so much to the success of the first season, debate the origin of a strange substance falling from the sky. Over the course of four episodes, Dumont has an apocalyptic wind blowing through the cinematic Côte d'Opale, not forgetting the migratory movements that constitute its current socio-political reality. Please note that all Coincoin sreenings will be subtitled in english. We apologize for the previous information printed in the catalogue and thank you for your understanding.
