The beauty of film is that it allows me to illuminate complexity through connecting the bodies, minds and visions of my characters as well as my viewers. In film, I am interested in positioning the characters into a simple storyline through audiovisual effects, using elaborate camera movement, lighting setup, and sound design to manipulate the pace of storytelling and the perspectives of spectatorship.
